Training
When young people are thrust into independent living without training and job prospects, their transition into adulthood is hampered. In an effort to reverse this trend, Fostering Transitions developed a two-tier training to reduce the challenges that children face. The Fast Food Academy is a unique program designed to help these young adults with independent living skills as well as acquiring and maintaining employment with fast food franchises.
About Students
A more motivated and pre trained employee with intangible skills in customer service, dispute mitigation, and customer relations, increases the likelihood of retention.

The Fast-Food pre and employment skills gives students the tools to succeed in the fast-food industry. The fast-food curriculum is designed with the assistance of our fast-food franchise partners to ensure that the training meets the employers’ needs for the best available candidate
